What we do
Having been a fosterer for Cats Protection for over twenty years Paula decided to leave and set up her own independent rescue at her home in Poole. Paula has five outdoor pens in her lovely garden and all pens have heaters in the pods for use when the cold weather arrives.

There are approximately a dozen volunteers involved in various ways in the running of the rescue, which is dedicated to rescuing and rehoming cats and kittens.
Once in care any necessary veterinary treatment will be provided including vaccinating and microchipping, before providing suitable homes. All cats over 4 months of age will be neutered before rehoming.
As Paula’s Cat Rescue is an entirely voluntary, non profit rescue, we are solely reliant on adoption fees, donations, sponsorship and fundraising to cover our total expenditure.
